VSMF APPLICATION PORTAL
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
The VSMF application is currently open and will close April 15th, 2020, however, if the program you are applying fills before then, that application will close. In order to complete the application, please click the button below which says 'Begin Application'. You will be asked to include your name, email, phone, address, and a downloadable link for us to view your submission materials. After entering your information, click the 'Submit and Pay' button. You will be redirected to PayPal in order to pay your $35.00 application fee.
ELIGIBILITY
Any singer over the age of 18 years old is eligible to apply for the Vienna Summer Music Festival.
SUBMISSION MATERIALS
VSMF requires that your submit your materials that are contingent for the program you are apply for. Please click the links below to be redirected to the submission requirements for each program.
UPLOADING YOUR MATERIALS
You should upload your materials to GoogleDrive, DropBox, or WeTransfer. Once uploaded, locate the shareable-downloadable link and copy/paste this link to 'Downloadable Link' in the application portal. This will allow us to view/listen to your materials. If you have any questions about uploading your materials, please contact us.
AFTER COMPLETING YOUR APPLICATION
After submitting your materials, you will be redirecting to PayPal to complete your application. Your application is not considered complete until you pay the $35 application fee. After you pay the application fee, your materials will be sent to our Application Review Committee. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for our committee to review your materials. If you progress to the next phase of the application process, you will be scheduled for a phone interview.
