Meet Luna Simone-Gonzalez, New York City-based artist

Luna Simone-Gonzalez is a New York City-based artist and recent graduate of Middlebury College. She began her musical training at the Special Music School, where she was introduced to both classical singing and instrumental performance, continuing her studies at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School as a violist. She currently performs with the National Youth Orchestra Alumni Chamber Orchestra and enjoys songwriting, music production, as well as her work in dance, acting, and Broadway-style singing. Still relatively new to opera, Luna is grateful for the opportunity to explore classical voice more deeply through the Vienna Summer Music Festival. This is her first time in Vienna, and she’s excited to learn and grow in a city so closely tied to the music that first inspired her.

Come see her perform this July in the Vienna Summer Music Festival!
