Meet Chasey Briggs, soprano

Chasey Briggs, Soprano, is currently studying under Dr. Raymond Feener and pursuing her master’s in voice performance at UMKC. She has performed in classic operas such as Rezia in Oberon, Barbarina in Le Nozze di Figaro, and La Conversa in Suor Angelica. She also has performed in many newer operas with roles such as Adrianna in Behold the Man by Fowler and Flack, which just debuted nationally at Las Vegas Opera, and Very Young Pauline in Notes on Viardot, a new opera by Michael Ching.
Chasey also received awards from the SAI Alumni Foundation as well as North Carolina and Kansas City NATS. She was also selected as a finalist for the Opera Birmingham Competition in April.

This summer Chasey is excited to be a part of two summer festivals in Vienna as she finishes her final year of her masters this fall.

Come see them perform this July in the Vienna Summer Music Festival!
